Role Overview:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Lavie Garden, Ramhiti, Bouddha, Kathmandu. The ideal candidates will ensure smooth daily service operations and deliver an excellent dining experience to every guest through attentive and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain service quality standards
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel (preferred)
- High schoool or Diploma in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of customer service standards and POS systems
- Good multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
