General Description
Keep the Kitchen, Buffet and Snack Bar areas cleaned and maintained. Washes dishes, pots and pans in a timely manner.
Duties And Responsibilities
Keep the Kitchen, Snack Bar and Buffet floors swept and mopped throughout the day.
Sweep and mop the coolers, and dry storage areas daily.
Make sure all equipment is cleaned on a regular basis.
Empty the trash and break down boxes and dispose of throughout the day.
General cleaning of walls and ceilings on an annual basis.
Wash all dirty dishes, pots, and pans as they are brought to the area.
Return the clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to their proper storage area.
Keep the dish machine cleaned inside and out.
Maintain the dish area, wiping the area down and keeping clean.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Relationship To Other Departments
Reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and Shift Supervisor.
Employment Status
Full-time, permanent, hourly. Full Benefit package, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Personal Time Off, and 401K. Native American preference applies.
