J & Z Group is looking for Operations Manager – Restaurant
Job Description / Responsibility
- Monitor and manage overall restaurant operations, staff performance, duty rosters, and service standards.
- Prepare menus, food costing, pricing, and ensure effective cost and inventory control.
- Manage purchasing, supplier coordination, stock levels, store/fridge compliance, and product quality.
- Review daily sales, consumption, vouchers, cash, staffing, and operational reports.
- Prepare budgets, sales reports, profitability analysis, and financial/operational records.
- Drive sales, marketing, promotions, and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
- Handle customer reservations, inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Head Office, suppliers, employees, and relevant authorities to improve business performance.
Educational Requirements
- HSC in Business Administration
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Computer Literacy, Communication, Leadership, Cost control, Planning and monitoring, Team management, Budget Management, Problem solving and decision making
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
