Role Description
This full-time Event and Catering Supervisor role is based on-site in Auckland. The supervisor will oversee catering operations across various events, ensuring quality food preparation and service while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Responsibilities include managing a team, coordinating with event planners, and maintaining open communication to ensure smooth and successful events.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in Food Preparation, ensuring food quality and presentation
- Knowledge of Hygiene and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Experience in Food Service, providing exceptional customer service during events
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and vendors
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic event environments
- Experience in event or catering supervision is a strong advantage
