Position: Group Catering Manager – Contract Catering
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Group Catering Manager for a number of different contract across Sussex, with the ideal candidate being based in East Sussex.
My client is one of the leading Contract Caterer’s and are recruiting for a busy and prestigious contract. This role is not for the faint hearted, with the team catering for almost 4000 people a day across various locations.
As the Group Catering Manager, you will be responsible for multiple locations, managing 2 senior Manager’s and a wider team of 100+ staff, ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budgets and costs.
The ideal Group Catering Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;
- Currently working within the contract catering sector.
- Managed a multi-site operation.
- Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering.
- Strong stakeholder relationships
Working predominantly Monday to Friday with weekends to suit the needs of the business.
