About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
  • Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
  • Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
  • Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
  • Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally within an international hotel or luxury service environment
  • Role expected to start from September onwards
  • Proven ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams with strong cultural awareness, respect, and professionalism
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and attention to detail in guest interactions
  • Minimum high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field
