About Us
Avisual Productions is an event production specialist dedicated to bringing events to life. Our technical teams manage events from start to finish so our clients can focus on delivering their best performance. We are looking for an organised and motivated Sales & Event Admin Co-ordinator to join us for a 4–5 month contract.
About the Role
This role bridges the gap between our sales process and event execution. You will focus heavily on sales support, administration, and client communication. This position is a fantastic opportunity for an event professional returning to the workforce or a proactive graduate who has recently completed a Diploma in Events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Draft professional event proposals, quotes, and client presentations.
- Event Administration: Manage schedules, track invoices, and update event documentation.
- Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, venues, and suppliers.
- Upselling Services: Spot opportunities to upsell our technical and production services to existing clients.
- Internal Coordination: Hand over finalized event briefs to our Technical Directors for smooth on-site delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
- Commitment to a 4–5 month contract working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Strong sales awareness and comfortable assisting with client proposals and quotes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic office software.
- Knowledge of live events, AV, or technical production environments is a major plus.
- MUST be an Australian Resident or eligible to work in Australia.
