Qualifications:
- Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major from reputable university
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in FMCG / pet food industries as Sales Manager Modern Trade
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
