About The Role & Team

We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join our fast-paced EMEA Workplace team at our regional headquarters in Amsterdam. Reporting to the Global Workplace Manager, this role is responsible for delivering a productive, clean, and inspiring workplace while creating seamless experiences that strengthen community across our team.

The Workplace Coordinator will manage a wide range of daily operational tasks, ensuring the team can stay focused, engaged, and supported. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, is exceptionally organized, and enjoys wearing many hats. This is a full-time, onsite position (5 days per week).

As a Workplace Coordinator, you will:

● Provide a friendly, warm, and hospitable first point of contact for employees and visitors.

● Support preventative and ongoing maintenance efforts by managing vendors and building strong vendor partnerships.

● Maintain and update workplace policies and procedures to ensure safety, compliance, and overall employee well-being.

● Play a key role in planning, managing, and optimising space utilisation within the Amsterdam office.

● Manage ordering, stocking, and upkeep of snacks, office supplies, and catering.

● Lead or support assigned projects and additional responsibilities as directed by the Global Workplace Manager.

Culture & Events:

● Coordinate a strong programme of in-office events, including team lunches, Happy Hours, All Hands meetings, DEI initiatives, game nights, outings, special celebrations, and a mix of planned and impromptu activities.

● Assist in planning and executing company-wide events such as the annual Holiday Party.

You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have:

● A strong customer service and hospitality mindset.

● Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, MS Office, and Zoom Visitor Management.

● 3–5 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative support.

● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

● Dutch language skills (preferred but not required).
