- CRM Management & Data Strategy
- Maintain accuracy, security, and cleanliness of customer database (OMS/ERP)
- Develop targeted email/SMS campaigns based on customer behavior
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Lead CRM training for showroom staff to ensure proper data entry
- Event Coordination & Execution
- Plan and execute showroom launches, promotions, and brand events
- Manage vendors (catering, branding, AV, agencies) within budget
- Oversee on-site event execution and ensure brand standards
- Prepare and track event budgets and post-event reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BCA / BBA / BBS)
- 2 years of experience in retail, marketing or CRM roles
- Valid two-wheeler driving license with personal vehicle
