The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping department to deliver impeccable cleanliness and exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
- Manage, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure superior service and adherence to company policies
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient room turnovers
- Manage budgeting, inventory, and ordering of housekeeping supplies
- Handle guest feedback related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in luxury hospitality environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
