Restaurant Manager
Roadhouse Group is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kathmandu. We’re seeking someone who can lead daily operations, maintain high service standards, and create a great experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead and support the front-of-house team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and training.
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Handle stock, inventory, and basic cost control.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
