Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in the Greater New Orleans Region. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, adherence to company standards, and an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching team members, managing floor coverage, resolving guest concerns, and supporting scheduling and labor management. The role also involves partnering with the culinary team to maintain food and beverage quality, monitoring cleanliness and safety, and supporting inventory control and cost management. The Restaurant Manager collaborates with leadership on local marketing initiatives, staff development, and continual process improvement to drive restaurant performance.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused mindset, with proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
  • Experience in Hiring, training, and mentoring diverse front-of-house teams.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and constructive feedback.
  • Hands-on Food & Beverage experience in a full-service or polished-casual restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced hospitality settings, with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards, and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
  • Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and standard restaurant management processes.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience strongly preferred; formal hospitality or business education is a plus.
