A leading hospitality and lifestyle venue in Limassol is seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the front-of-house team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
We are looking for a professional with strong leadership skills, operational understanding, and a passion for hospitality excellence. The ideal candidate understands premium guest experience, team management, and how to maintain high service standards while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant and floor operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, operational flow, and team coordination
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams
- Monitor stock levels and operational supplies
- Support event operations and busy service periods
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in high-volume hospitality operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of guest service and team management
- English language required
- Russian or Greek language will be considered an advantage
