Our production managers are the backbone of flawless execution: translating creative briefs into ground-level operations, managing 50+ vendor teams, and ensuring every detail lands on time, on budget, and on-brand. Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production of 100+ live events annually—weddings, brand activations, gala dinners—with full ownership from site survey to strike.
- Lead on-ground execution: coordinate lighting, AV, décor, catering, logistics, and vendor teams across 5–10 simultaneous event sites.
- Manage event timelines, risk mitigation plans, and contingency workflows to ensure zero-show-stoppers during high-stakes client moments.
- Optimize production budgets by negotiating vendor contracts, sourcing local talent, and reducing redundancies without compromising creativity.
- Collaborate with creative directors to adapt design concepts into buildable, scalable technical plans that align with venue constraints.
- Lead post-event debriefs, capture production learnings, and refine operational playbooks for future efficiency.
