Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen team. Must be available on Wednesday, Thursday and Weekends as required.
This position offers a prospect to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and quality standards.
- Cook menu items with attention to presentation, taste, and consistency.
- Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist in plating dishes and ensuring timely service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks such as stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills and good communication abilities.
- Must be able to work on Wednesday, Thursday & Weekends.
- A passion for serving quality food and providing excellent customer service.

Pay
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
