Responsibilities
- Successfully prep and submit the night audit process after reviewing all cashier postings for the day.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Complete the daily flash report, including revenue, occupancy, and other data points, and submit to Director of Hotel Operations.
- Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information and assistance to hotel guests.
- Work in tandem with the bell, valet, and transportation team.
- Act as a supervisor: support, develop, and inspire the team; own the operation or shift; build caring and trusting relationships; engage and communicate; elevate performance through coaching; develop talent; champion collaboration within the team and across the business.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years luxury hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Ability to resolve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines.
- Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
