The Mount Nansen Remediation Project seeks proposals for a camp catering service for a 2-4 week program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve nutritious meals three times daily and snacks

• Collaborate with the Site Manager for meal expectations

• Develop and execute a meal plan for the duration

• Inventory, order, and manage food supplies

• Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and dining areas

Requirements:

• Certification in Standard First Aid

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License

• Vehicle must be licensed and insured

• Experience providing contracted food services

• Must have liability insurance
