Tiger has partnered with an amazing global business within the entertainment/gaming industry – who are seeking an immediate temp Office Manager to support their Dublin based Head Office for period of 4 weeks initially, with potential to extend. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Coordinator who can easily multitask in a very busy environment and thrives on keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

The Office Manager is the point of contact for employees, visitors and vendors attending the Dublin head office. This role ensures that the office runs smoothly day to day – maintaining a professional, welcoming reception and supporting an organised, safe and engaging workplace environment. In this role, you'll support day-to-day office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, manage schedules, oversee workplace health and safety/facilities, and help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Front of House & Office Experience

  • Greeting visitors, managing deliveries and maintaining a professional first impression of the studio.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees working in or visiting the Dublin office.
  • Support the coordination of on-site events and activities that contribute to a positive and inclusive studio culture.
  • Maintain an organised, tidy and well-presented workspace including meeting rooms and communal areas.
  • Lead annual ergonomic assessments.

Facilities & Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with building management and our external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Log and track facilities requests, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Manage office supplies, deliveries and service schedules in line with budget and quality expectations
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance according to Health and Safety standards and regulations.
  • Supporting with Shipping and logistics
  • Manage workplace amenities (refilling snacks & beverages)
  • Support the Corporate Property Operation Manager South EU & ROI in implementing consistent facilities standards within the Dublin Office.
  • Being a key leader for First aid and Fire Warden teams and organising required refresher training.
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks

Access & Security Management

  • Manage employee and visitor access cards, ensuring records are up to date and systems secure
  • Assist in enforcing health, safety and security procedures including emergency protocols
  • Coordinate with IT and building management to maintain our security policies & procedures, resolving any issues that may arise.

Culture & Engagement

  • Help foster a positive office culture across EU Studios assisting with team events, celebrations and communications
  • Act as a friendly and approachable presence in the office, encouraging collaboration and supporting employee engagement initiatives

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable and people-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over the office experience and has the ability to work on their own initiative. We are seeking:

  • 3+ years’ experience in office & facilities coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal – able to liaise professionally with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools (e.g. ticketing or access management systems)
  • Awareness of health, safety and security procedures in a corporate environment
  • Proactive, dependable and adaptable – able to work independently and take initiative
