Role Description
The Jewellery Style Advisor will assist clients in selecting fine jewelry that suits their personality and preferences while providing expert guidance on product styles and trends. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and supporting sales goals through personalized consultations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting to guide customers in selecting fine jewelry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure a positive client experience
- Prior experience or strong skills in Sales to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fine jewelry and luxury retail
