Job Description / Responsibility
· Oversee daily housekeeping activities across all guest areas, including bays, lobby, restrooms, and lounge, ensuring consistent cleanliness standards.
· Ensure all public and operational areas are clean, well-maintained, sanitized, and visually presentable at all times.
· Lead and manage housekeeping staff, assign duties, monitor attendance, and ensure adherence to grooming and performance standards.
· Conduct regular area inspections to ensure quality standards are met and implement corrective actions where necessary.
· Monitor cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
· Address housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
· Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies, ensuring proper handling of cleaning chemicals and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
· Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with Operations, Front Office, and Facilities teams for seamless service delivery.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
Bachelor`s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Skills Required: Team Player
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
