Leadership and Team Management
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and discipline employees.
- Experience supervising kitchen staff, cashiers, service crew, or restaurant teams.
- Can delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability.
Food & Beverage Operations Knowledge
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and wastage control.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service standards.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Able to coordinate effectively with management, staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Can conduct team briefings and training sessions.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
- Able to address staffing shortages, operational issues, and customer concerns quickly.
Time Management and Organization
- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensures smooth shift operations and timely completion of reports.
Training and Development
- Experience in onboarding and training new employees.
- Able to coach staff to improve performance and maintain company standards.
Sales and Business Awareness
- Understands sales targets, labor cost control, and profitability.
- Can analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HRM, or a related field.
- At least 23 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or F&B establishment.
- Experience in scheduling, inventory control, and employee performance management.
