Housekeeping Supervisor Roles Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff, create shift schedules, and assign daily tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
- Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution
- Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of cleaning equipment
- Maintain reports on room status, staff productivity, and inventory
Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping/hospitality (supervisory experience preferred for Supervisor role)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and/or property management systems
- Physically fit to handle job responsibilities
Additional Roles
Housekeeping Staff:
- Responsible for cleaning rooms, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting daily operations
Maintenance Electricians
- Handle electrical maintenance, repairs, and ensure smooth functioning of resort facilities
