Our boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. This leadership role is ideal for someone with prior housekeeping experience who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
We are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience and will provide hands-on training to ensure our standards and procedures are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assist with room inspections
- Lead and support housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and backofhouse spaces meet hotel standards
- Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- Address guest requests and housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally
- Support laundry, public area, and housekeeping operations as needed
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced hospitality environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout scheduled shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
