Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at Shama Suasana Johor Bahru. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness and service standards. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing schedules, ensuring inventory and laundry processes are efficient, and upholding guest satisfaction by addressing service requests and feedback. This role requires hands-on collaboration with other departments to maintain a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Experience with Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and manage feedback effectively
- Proficiency in Hiring and training staff to maintain high standards of performance
- Ability to lead by example and inspire a team-focused environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality or residential management sector is preferred
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
