Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain public areas to the highest cleanliness standards
• Conduct guest in-stay and departure cleaning thoroughly
• Ensure cleaning meets hotel performance benchmarks
• Give feedback on common areas needing cleaning or repairs
• Oversee cleaning equipment and its maintenance
Requirements:
• Legal working rights in Australia required
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Flexibility for morning and daytime shifts at least three times a week
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to high cleanliness standards and operational effectiveness
