College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
- Experience
Required:
3 to less than 5 years
- Work Location:
Physical location only; no remote work available

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Conduct training sessions
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Implement marketing activities
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Develop and implement business plans
- Establish work schedules
- Organize and maintain inventory

- Manages more than 20 people across multiple areas
