Working hour: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm/ 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Job Description / Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and present menus professionally
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Take accurate food and drink orders and recommend additional items when appropriate (up-selling)
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
- Arrange table settings and keep tables clean, neat, and ready for new guests
- Check food and beverages for quality before serving to guests
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with kitchen and other serving staff
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Working under pressure, Consumer Behavior Understanding
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience in restaurant service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Polite, energetic, and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special occasions
- Team player with good communication skills
