Overview
Position:
Hospitality Manager. Full-time, permanent.
Hours:
Flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and stat holidays. Pay: $55,000–$60,000. Supervisor:
Executive Chef.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations and service delivery.
- Work scheduled shifts alongside the team.
- Hire, train, coach, and support front-of-house staff.
- Support banquet and event operations.
- Maintain high standards for service, hospitality, and professionalism.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, labour, and operational efficiencies.
- Address member feedback with professionalism and care.
- Support a positive, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hospitality leadership experience in restaurants, clubs, banquets, or event operations.
- A hands-on, service-focused leader who enjoys working alongside the team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting scheduling, labour, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
- Ability to adapt to changing service levels, priorities, and event activity while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach with strong member service instincts.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer systems.
- Knowledge of liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Serving It Right certification required.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
