Position: Guest Service Agent-2
Guest Services Agent – Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Downtown
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. The candidate will create a memorable first impression for guests, welcome them warmly, and assist throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Assist with unloading guest luggage and provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
- Offer a warm welcome to each guest upon arrival.
- Open the door for guests arriving by motor vehicle and escort them to the front desk for check‑in.
- Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested.
- Escort guests and their luggage to their room, explaining amenities and fun facts.
- Work with other attendants to deliver a personalized experience for every guest.
- Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
- Demonstrate a “Be the difference” attitude by exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for the past six months.
- Previous hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team.
- Pleasant, helpful, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and work fast‑paced environments.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee perks.
