Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Guest Relations Manager, located in Dubai with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing guest interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role involves managing customer service processes, providing training on customer engagement strategies, and maintaining a positive image for the organization among clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Guest Relations and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in creating and delivering Training programs related to guest interactions and customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage responsibilities independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage
