Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join its New York office. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who enjoys supporting executives while helping manage day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, catering, and office hospitality
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment
  • Partner with vendors, building management, and internal teams on office operations
  • Assist with team events and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of administrative, executive support, office coordination, or reception experience
  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information

Location:

Compensation:

Base salary of up to $85,000 plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
