Position: Front Of House Manager at The Esquire Hotel Downtown Gastonia
Barristers at the Esquire Hotel Downtown Gastonia in Gastonia, NC is looking for one hospitality professional to join our team. We are located on 168 W Main Ave. Our ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing, knowledgeable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
Evening and weekend hours with some day shifts.

- Presenting the menu confidently and able to make recommendations
- Food and Beverage knowledge
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Team management
- Scheduling
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a Server
- Experience in management
- Bar knowledge a plus – must be willing to learn
- Upscale dining experience preferred
