Role Description The Food Server role at Quantum HR Indonesia is a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin 7. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring dining areas are clean and well-organized, coordinating with kitchen staff, and checking that orders meet quality and safety standards. The role also involves responding to guest questions, handling special requests, and resolving minor concerns to maintain a positive dining experience. The Food Server is expected to follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures and contribute to a respectful, efficient team environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess practical Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, including handling orders, serving dishes, and maintaining dining standards.
- Candidates should possess basic Cooking awareness or familiarity with food preparation processes to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, reliability in following hygiene and safety procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tables and tasks.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is beneficial, along with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
