Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Food Production role located in Chamoli. The responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet the highest standards. The role requires coordinating with the food and beverage team to maintain seamless service, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, and assisting in menu planning. Additionally, the role involves inventory management and maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with the team
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Formal culinary training or relevant certification is an advantage
- Prior experience in a hospitality setting is preferred
