Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Ilam, with some flexibility for remote work. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department to ensure top-quality service. Key responsibilities include supervising service staff, maintaining high service standards, overseeing food and beverage service, resolving customer concerns, and fostering effective communication among the team to ensure smooth workflow and enhanced guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide team members.
- Expertise in maintaining high Service Standards and ensuring compliance with operational policies.
- Proficiency in Food Service techniques and industry tools.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills to promote seamless collaboration and convey information clearly to guests and staff.
- Flexibility to accommodate a hybrid work model and demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Formal education in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
