What will you do?
You are the face of the location and the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners. At the same time, you make sure everything is well organized behind the scenes. From a warm welcome to coordinating facility processes—you are in control.
Your Responsibilities At a Glance
Hospitality with class:
- Welcoming visitors and partners and making everyone feel at home.
- Acting as the point of contact for colleagues; questions, requests, and small fixes—you take care of it.
- Contributing to a “hotel-style way of working,” ensuring cleanliness, service, and processes are in order.
Facility Management
- Coordinating facility requests, from maintenance to ad hoc issues.
- Managing suppliers (cleaning, catering, maintenance) and monitoring quality.
- Managing and preparing of meeting rooms.
- Supporting internal events and managing inventory.
- Proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
Who are you?
- Presentable, energetic, and service-oriented; hospitality is in your DNA.
- You easily switch between hospitality and facility coordination.
- You work in a structured way, maintain oversight, and are confident in managing suppliers.
- At least 3 years of experience in a facility role and/or reception/hospitality.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
