Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Food & Beverage team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of restaurant, bar, and room service.
- Train and support new team members while maintaining high service standards through ongoing coaching.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders as needed.
- Assist with menu planning, pricing, and the development of new offerings.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage service.
- Foster a positive team environment and motivate colleagues to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Food Safety & Sanitation certification is an advantage.
