About the role
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage department of all bars and restaurants within the hotel, ensuring a highly-trained staff, increasing Guest satisfaction and exceptional customer service at all restaurants and bars.
Main responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring service quality and compliance with established standards.
- Support the achievement of departmental financial objectives through effective cost control, budget monitoring and resource management.
- Monitor operational and guest satisfaction results, implementing corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate outlet opening schedules, staffing plans and operational resources according to business needs and occupancy levels.
- Lead, motivate and develop supervisory and operational teams, promoting engagement and internal development.
- Ensure effective inventory management, purchasing processes and stock control across all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards, addressing operational issues and audit findings.
- Collaborate with the Complex F&B leadership team to support projects, events and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism preferred, or long-term track record of success in role within industry.
- At least 3 years related experience as F&B Manager in exclusive properties and all-inclusive hotels.
- Must be abreast of most Food and beverage related developments in the market place (inclusive of drinks).
- Highly Fluent English. Highly desirable other languages, as Spanish.
