Tourism and Events Moreton Bay (TEMB) is looking for an energetic, organised and passionate Coordinator – Events to join our growing Events Team.

From community festivals and destination activations to business events and sporting experiences, you'll play a key role in bringing Moreton Bay’s event calendar to life. No two days are the same – one day you could be developing event plans and coordinating suppliers, the next you could be onsite helping deliver an event that brings thousands of people together.

About the role

As Coordinator – Events, you'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of events and activations across the City of Moreton Bay. Working closely with our General Manager – Events and wider TEMB team, you'll help ensure our events are delivered safely, professionally and with plenty of community pride.

We're looking for someone who:

Loves events and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Can juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease

Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Builds strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and communities

Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves for bump-in, event day and pack-down

Brings a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset and team-first approach
