- Greet and welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests' preferences are met
- Serve food and beverages in an elegant and timely manner
- Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and provide information about hotel services
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
