Role Description
As an Events Coordinator at HiO Golf, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering golf events across the UK.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth event delivery, managing on-site operations, and providing a premium experience for clients and players.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating event logistics and planning
- Liaising with golf clubs, clients, and event organisers
- Managing on-site delivery of events and activations
- Acting as the main point of contact during events
- Supporting sales activity and client relationships
- Ensuring a high standard of customer experience at every event
This is a full-time position with regular travel required.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning and event management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales and building client relationships
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the sports or events industry is a plus
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends
