We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented team member to support special events, banquets, and private functions. Duties/Responsibilities
- Set up banquet and event spaces according to event specifications and service standards.
- Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service to guests throughout events.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.
- Monitor guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting spaces, and maintaining cleanliness during and after events.
- Work collaboratively with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to support seamless service.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle guest questions and requests professionally and with a positive attitude.
Skills/Abilities
- Prior experience in banquet service, catering, hospitality, or bartending is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and carrying trays or supplies for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing event needs.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules as needed.
