Role Description
The Director of Rooms will oversee all facets of the Rooms Division, ensuring a seamlessly elevated guest experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Healdsburg, California, and involves leading front office, housekeeping, laundry, and reservations operations. The Director will focus on maintaining the highest standards of customer service, optimizing budget performance, managing team operations, and ensuring smooth daily procedures across all touchpoints with guests.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a proven ability to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in overseeing operations like Laundry services and Reservations management.
- Experience with Budgeting and financial accountability to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Effective leadership abilities, including team management, communication, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic day-to-day tasks.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management preferred.
- Knowledge of the local Healdsburg market and a passion for culinary and regional experiences are highly valuable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
