Role Description

The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee the hotel’s culinary operations and dining experiences, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing restaurants and bars, creating innovative menus, supervising culinary teams, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role also involves planning events, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Siem Reap.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, develop staff skills, and foster a team-oriented work environment.
  • Food & Beverage Expertise: Strong understanding of international cuisines, fine dining standards, menu development, and beverage programs with a focus on French and Cambodian culinary traditions.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing efficient workflows in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Guest Experience: Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to analyze market trends, set actionable goals, and develop strategies to enhance food and beverage services.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage services at a luxury hotel or similar setting.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, while additional language skills are an advantage.
