Role Description
As a Guest Experience Manager, you will oversee and enhance the experience of our guests by ensuring top-notch service and meticulous attention to their needs. This full-time, remote role involves coordinating guest communications, resolving inquiries, leading customer service initiatives, and training team members to elevate service standards. You will also collaborate across teams to implement strategies that enhance the guest journey from booking through post-stay follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Guest Experience management
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in Training staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with customer relationship management tools and software
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury rental industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to optimize guest communications, streamline daily workflows, and personalize the booking experience
- Proficiency in basic graphic design and multimedia editing (e.g., Canva, AI based Editing Tools) to create visually engaging Social Media Marketing Posts, digital welcome books, and instructional property guides.
