Responsibilities:
The Director of Food & Beverage is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance, and overall guest experience of all dining operations at a luxury resort setting. This leader oversees multiple outlets and ensures alignment with brand standards, exceptional service execution, and strong profitability.
At a premier luxury destination such as Enchantment Resort, this role is central to shaping the resort’s culinary identity and elevating the guest experience across all food and beverage touchpoints.
