You will work closely with the Director of Food Services, managing food carts and assisting in meal deliveries. This position involves preparing snacks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and documentation of residents’ dining preferences. Your diligence will enhance the overall experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle meal preparation and delivery promptly
• Assist in special functions and non-resident meal service
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment effectively
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Document residents’ dietary notes and preferences
Requirements:
• Certification as a Food Service Worker or enrollment in training
• Prior experience in food service for large groups
• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene practices
