Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi 1 (Hot Section) based in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, cooking dishes to the highest standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Attention to detail and adherence to health and safety regulations are critical to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, with the ability to execute recipes accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of Hygiene and Health & Safety protocols, ensuring all food handling and kitchen procedures meet standards
- Strong Culinary Skills, including familiarity with various cooking techniques and working with diverse ingredients
- Effective Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Culinary certifications or training are an advantage
