Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in Bergen, Norway. The Chef De Partie will work closely with the culinary team to prepare high-quality dishes, ensure food safety standards are upheld, and maintain a clean and organized workstation. The role includes food preparation, assisting the Head Chef with menu planning, supervising junior kitchen staff, and ensuring quality consistency in all dishes. The Chef De Partie will also collaborate with other team members to develop innovative culinary creations while meeting the high standards of the restaurant.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices

  • Proficiency in time management and working under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience
